
Over the past months In4Matic has worked hard to achieve this quality standard. The rapid growth has called for a further implemented a more organized structuring and management. The intention is to work towards continuous improvement of the internal processes and thereby a better provision of services for customers.
When an organization receives Qfor-label, this means:
- that it was examined with positive results in terms of customer perception (client scan): At least 80% of its surveyed customers are satisfied with company services. or
- that it was examined with positive results in terms of its internal processes (process scan): the processes that have an impact on the services correspond to the standard.
In either case its specific characteristics are also analyzed, validated, and described in the public report.
