1. In-House training form(pdf)
We now also offer in house trainings for project management:
1. Project Management:
- Learning project management skills, concepts and techniques
- Linking the needs of stakeholders and project scope with the organisation's objectives
- Developing a realistic project plan and starting up the project with the team
- Follow up, adjusting and communicating with the sponsor and other stakeholders
- Het project afsluiten en gestructureerd leren uit projecten
The traject 'Project Management' is a pragmatic training of 2 days, based upon recommendations by well-established project management references. This training is the ideal starting point for the development of your projectmanagers, or for the introduction of formal project management in your organisation. With this course, the skills, knowledge and instruments needed to successfully start and finish a project, will come within your reach.
This training does focus on the project management within a specific industry (e.g. ICT or construction), but delivers more generic project management skills for (candidate) projectmanagers and line managers in various industries.
If needed, the training can also be adjusted to the client's needs
"Project Management spans the entire spectrum of project management and clarifies recommended ways of working, cited from well-established project management references like PMBOK or PRINCE2, while the complexity of the theoretical concepts are being left behind. Usefull information and practical instruments are being reached out to the project manager for a good start with project management."
Willen De Keyser, sr. Consultant ITTAL
2. Agile project management en SCRUM:
More and more we're noticing some form of an agile project management approach for ICT projects. Will 'agile' become a mainstream project management methodology, or is it just a hype? In this 1 day of training we will give a summary of the driving forces behind 'agile' and explain how SCRUM - an important representative from the agile family - works
This training can also be provided under the form of a briefing of half a day to the management team, to supply them with the right elements to consider if 'agile' is the right path for the organisation.
These courses are available in both English & Dutch.
