This training is not focusing on specific functional areas or industries (such as IT or construction), but provides general project management skills to (candidate) project managers and line managers in all industries.

2. Agile project management and SCRUM:

More and more IT projects are adopting agile project management methodologies. Is Agile Project Management a hype or becoming mainstream ? This 1 day training provides an overview of drivers for going agile, and explains in detail how SCRUM – the most important agile methodology – works.

This training can also be offered in the format of ½ day briefing to the management team, in order to provide them with correct elements for consideration whether agile project management is the direction to go for the organization.

This training focuses on agile project management in the ICT industry and provides insight to CIO’s, line managers and project managers on strengths and weaknesses of Agile project management and SCRUM.
